Comfortable beds made it easy to relax.

I was disappointed with my stay due to a constant noise from the alarms of the neighboring hotel. It went off every few minutes, especially during the night, ruining my sleep. I hope the management addresses these security issues, as it was very frustrating trying to rest under such conditions.

We loved the clean rooms and the great breakfast options that kept our teens happy. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Pasadena and nearby attractions like the Rose Bowl.

My kids wished the pool area had more shade or plants for a better vibe.

Stayed in exceptionally clean standard double room with 1 double bed. Central location just next door to downtown and major attractions and next to a really good sushi restaurant, it was in a commercial area. Found time to see Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

The bed was too high, that's my bad luck.

Personnel was absolutely courteous!

Friendly staff, clean room, good room services, availability of parking, excellent location on Colorado Blvd where you have everything nearby, and good room size. Car rental in the same building.

No variety in breakfast choices and quality of food was below average. Only 1 slow elevator was working and sometimes we had to wait long before we get it. No complimentary water bottle in the room. You need to buy your own water.

Unfortunately we were given a room in El Segundo and bad insulation makes all the noises from the neighbors and upper floor very noisy. Unfortunately when we booked we forgot to request a room on the top floor. In the other Holiday Inn we had never had a noise problem before. In any case, in the end the girl at the reception gave us a room on the top floor and we were able to spend the last two days in peace. the structures are made of wood the whole floor creaks. In general we have always had a good stay but for the next time we will be specific in asking for a room on the top floor and that it comes with a refrigerator and microwave included as well as a safe since in this hotel they have only asked the passenger to bring the refrigerator and microwave and safe does not exist. exquisite breakfast as always

exploring parks and attractions with ease from this stay

I enjoyed the easy access to beautiful spots like the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, just about 2.5 km away. The proximity to numerous tasty dining options around the area, made my city strolls even better. It's a perfect base for a weekend getaway with friendly locals, great breakfast, and clean accommodations.

Location could have been a bit better, but its not too far from Rose Bowl and other attractions.

Friendly staff offered great service, and the location was perfect for exploring LA. Breakfast had a few hiccups, but the cozy room and clean amenities made up for it. A lovely experience.

The hotel is clean and location is good.

The air conditioner is too noise and loud, we couldn't sleep at night.

Bed was comfortable,spa bathtub.

Solo traveler gem for a work trip

The staff here was helpful-like I needed a late checkout, and they made it happen without a fuss. Plus, the breakfast was actually good! I mean, they had a pancake maker that was a hit, not gonna lie.

It wasn't exactly cheap, you know, but I guess that's what you expect nowadays.

The hotel set me up in a handy cap room, i'm not handy cap couldn't even watch TV in bed, awkward. To use the Ironing board awkward the theromstat awkward. I spoke to the front desk they put the blame on Booked.net told me it was booked as a floating room????. With that I will never use Booked.net or book that Holiday Inn because of the rude staff. My family had 4 other rooms at that Holiday Inn booked their own room did not use Booked.net. Again my recommendtion never use Booked.net. Kelly Hogan Golden CO
